We provide IT, software, and technology solutions as per the requirements discussed with our clients.

3. Payments & Token Amount

• A token amount is collected to initiate the work.
• This token amount and all payments made are strictly non-refundable.
• Services will begin only after the token amount is received.
• Full payment must be cleared as per the agreed schedule before project delivery.

4. No Refund Policy

NexaSQL follows a strict no-refund policy. Once payment (including the token amount) is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, project requirements, and timely approvals to ensure smooth execution of the project.

6. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables remain the property of NexaSQL until full payment is received.
• After complete payment, ownership may be transferred as per the agreed terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexaSQL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
